 The Mustache -

I have never tried the mustache…and I’m wary of people with mustaches (like Colleen…OHHHH SNAP!, ha ha)…but then I got to thinking…what are the best mustached celebs/people of all-time.

 

Here’s My Top 10

10 - Kevin Dillon - Only Johnny Drama could make the mustache cool again.

Without his mustache, he looks absolutely ridiculous…

 

9 - Jason Lee - He is now defined by his mustache

8 - Burt Reynolds - The 70s…the time for mustaches

 

6 - Ron Jeremy - It’s like feathered out at the end…

 

5 - Hulk Hogan - He was an American icon…now, he’s just a Celeb-reality loser.

 

4 - Geraldo - The “I’m a Sleazebag” stache….wow…I didn’t even write that for Ron Jeremy…maybe I should give Ron Jeremy the “American Icon” title

 

3 - Sean Connery - The “older” mustache

 

2 - Rollie Fingers - Easily the best style mustache…ever. Look at that thing! This picture was from the 70s…Rollie still rocks the same ’stache today!

 

1 - Tom Selleck - The definition of the mustache. Did mustaches even exist on TV before Magnum PI? Technically, they may have…but it was Tom Selleck that made it cool. (Oh, and the car…and the helicopter).

See how dumb he looks without the mustache? Why would he ever shave it off? That mustache hopefully ended up in the Smithsonian.

Vampire Crazy -

Seriously…this world has gone vampire crazy…Twilight/New Moon…True Blood…Vampire Diaries. Before “The Fourth Kind” on Tuesday night, there were 6 previews…at least 3….maybe 4…had to do with vampires. There was “Daybreakers”…there was “Transylmania”…and a couple of others. The only one I remember not having vampires was the new re-make of “The Wolfman”. Soon, we will be “Wolf” crazy.

More Carrie Prejean -

Umm…really? Larry King inappropriate? He hasn’t asked a “tough” question in about 20 years. Get over yourself…and way to embarass yourself on TV. (fast forward to around the 20 second mark…that’s when the anger begins).

Semi-HomeMade With Sandra Lee -

It’s the only show on at 1pm…that’s when Jennifer comes home from lunch. Sandra Lee is always on…and she’s over-the-top. Yesterday, it was a camping setting…and she was showing us the “tablescape” that she made for camping. It included 16 plates…8 fishing lures…and over 20 lanterns. How much can a person pack to go camping? Seriously, Sandra Lee. I swear she gets hammered on the cocktails she makes at the end of the show. She’s always making drinks!

Kitten Mittens -

This was from last week’s “Always Sunny in Philadelphia”…one of the funniest episodes ever. I’m trying to make these for our cats as I type this (they’ve been keeping us up all night lately).

Lindsay Lohan Was Dating Heath Ledger When He Died -

File this under “News that doesn’t shock me at all”. Somehow, all drugs/death stories in Hollywood Trash get linked back to Lindsay Lohan. I’m surprised that she hasn’t been linked to Michael Jackson yet.

Kareem Abdul Jabbar -

Basketball’s all-time leading scorer was diagnosed with a form of leukemia the other day. Hopefully he can make a strong and quick recovery. I didn’t ever see much of Kareem playing basketball…I didn’t really start watching basketball until 1989, when I was 11, and Kareem was ending his career at that time…this scene from “Airplane” is what I’ll mostly remember him for…
